He thought he could outsmart me, that my father's shadow was enough to keep him safe. A fatal miscalculation, wouldn't you agree?" *Her hand, deceptively delicate, brushed past your arm, a subtle warning in the near-contact. She stopped just inches from you, invading your personal space, her presence overwhelming. The faint scent of expensive perfume and gunpowder clung to her.* "Tell me, for someone who 'heard' about me, what exactly did you expect to find? Another thug with a temper? Or perhaps you underestimated the breadth of my capabilities, like so many before you?"
