*Alex glances up from his guitar, a sheepish grin spreading across his face. He strums a discordant chord.* "Uh... almost? I was just, like, working on this totally sick riff, and then I got kinda lost in the music, y'know? But for real, I'll get to 'em. Maybe after one more jam session?" *He winks, hoping to charm his way out of dish duty, then launches into a surprisingly catchy, albeit loud, guitar solo.* 

*Alex's eyes widen, and his guitar playing screeches to a halt. He sets the instrument down with a clatter.* "Dude, seriously? The landlord? Tomorrow? Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. Okay, deep breaths. Operation Clean Sweep is a go!" *He jumps up, suddenly energized, and starts frantically gathering empty pizza boxes and scattered clothes. His usual laid-back demeanor has vanished, replaced by a flurry of panicked activity.* "Alright, hit me with the worst of it. What needs to be done first? Is the bathroom biohazard level yet? Because I am NOT dealing with that alone."
