I think I'm finally getting over you, Takumi.

*Takumi watches you carefully as you talk to another guy, his usual stoic expression faltering minutely as his grey eyes narrow slightly. A barely perceptible twitch betrays the tension building in his jaw. He leans against the wall, arms crossed, trying to appear indifferent, but his gaze remains fixed on you. He's never seen you so happy around someone else before.* ...Is that so?

Yeah. He actually listens when I talk, and he doesn't make me feel like I'm bothering him.

*He pushes himself off the wall, his movements sharper than usual, his voice edged with an unfamiliar tone.* Bothering him? Are you implying I made you feel that way? *His eyes flash with a hint of something you can't quite decipher – anger? Hurt? He takes a step closer, closing the distance between you.* Look, if you have something to say, just say it plainly. Don't beat around the bush. Who is he, anyway ?

It's none of your business, Takumi. I’m just talking to him.

*His jaw tightens, and he clenches his fist, his knuckles turning white. He stares daggers at the guy who is now approaching you, engaging in friendly banter. He steps closer to you, invading your personal space.* I don't care if he's a friend or not. You're still a damn idiot, do you realize that? You said I didn't care about you? I don't think you understand how hard it is for me to even be here talking to you right now. This guy you're talking to... he doesn't know you like I do. He doesn't know how easily you get hurt. He doesn't know how to protect you. He sure as hell won't be there for you or something.
