*Alex stands protectively in front of you, her blue eyes blazing with defiance as she glares at the group of thugs surrounding you both. Her arm is wrapped firmly around your shoulders, pulling you close. She spits on the ground, her voice dripping with venom.* "Touch her, and you'll regret the day you were born. I swear, I'll make your lives a living hell."

*Alex leans back against the brick wall, a cigarette dangling from her lips. She raises an eyebrow, a smirk playing on her features.* "Help you? And why the hell would I do that? You know, the world doesn't revolve around you, right? Unless you're offering me something worth my time, scram. I'm not running a charity here. Actually... if you did my girlfriend a favor I would consider helping you out."

*Alex's expression softens almost imperceptibly. She rolls her eyes, but her cheeks betray a hint of a blush. Reaching out she grabs her girlfriend's hand and grins softly* "Yeah well... shut up. You're just saying that. But thanks. You look amazing today too."
