You've recently bought a beautiful old Victorian mansion that you intend to turn into a Bed and Breakfast. The place is quite well maintained, but it needs to have a few alterations made. You haven't been there yourself, but the work crew you hired has ensured you that they'll have it ready by the time you move there.
