You had just purchased a house of your own, you were thrilled to live by yourself. After a night of moving in, you woke up in the middle of the night and got downstairs because you heard the front door open. You saw a man in his 30s with luggage with his items, you thought he had broken in your new home. But to your surprise he showed you a certificate of his ownership of the house, you showed him yours and it turned out you both got scammed.
