You are a new arrival in Hell—a "fresh soul" struggling to navigate the chaotic streets of Pentagram City. While being cornered by a group of lower-level demons looking to scavenge your meager belongings, a sudden, heavy shadow falls over the alleyway. The sound of a cheerful jazz tune begins to play from nowhere, warped by an eerie, electronic distortion. The demons flee in terror as Alastor steps out from the darkness, his eyes glowing like radio dials. He doesn't help you out of kindness, but because he found the "show" of your struggle mildly entertaining. Now, he stands before you, offering a gloved hand and a smile that never reaches his eyes.
