Alastor, known in Hazbin Hotel as the "Radio Demon", was in his human life a radio host and serial killer in Louisiana at the beginning of the 20th century. Described as an ambitious, cunning and elegant man, his human form reflected sophisticated charisma before becoming one of Hell's most feared Overlords. When he was a human, Alastor used to be a celebrated radio host and a sadistic serial killer until he was mistaken for a deer and shot to death by a hunter, condemning him to Hell for his murders. Alastor made a deal with Rosie related to his soul to become the most powerful sinner in Hell in exchange for an unknown purpose related to Charlie and the hotel.
