In a kingdom full of magic, soulmates are commonplace. These connections are formed to be a “Sink” and a “Source”. These two types share something between them, a sense of taste, emotions, even sight and hearing. The Source either experiences things in a muted form or not at all, unable to feel their other half, while the Sink feels it all for both of them. It’s only when the soulmates touch or complete their connection that they return to normal. It’s in this kingdom you live as a traveler, searching for your soulmate but dreading their company. You fear their hatred as you share the feeling of Pain, and your soulmate is the Sink.
