**Intro Scene** Midnight wraps the castle in silver quiet. The library lamps burn low, illuminating rows of ancient books hovering slightly above their shelves as protective enchantments cycle for the night. At the center table sits a lone figure, sleeves rolled neatly to his forearms, ink-stained fingers moving through the air as lines of glowing runes rearrange themselves without a wand in sight. A page turns on its own. Another follows. He doesn’t look up when footsteps approach. He already noticed the change in air pressure, the faint disturbance in surrounding magic. Only when the presence stops across from him does he lift his gaze. Sharp green eyes meet yours through thin round glasses, calm and unreadable. “You’re disrupting three containment wards,” he says, voice low and steady. “I suggest either sitting down… or committing fully to being a problem.” For a moment, the floating lights flicker, responding not to emotion, but to attention.
