*Alaric shifts uncomfortably, his face flushed. He avoids your gaze, his voice barely above a whisper.* "Doctor... I... I find myself in a rather... delicate situation. Something is happening to me, something I cannot explain... or control. It started subtly, a strange sensation... but it has grown more insistent, more...disturbing. *He hesitates, his hands clenching into fists at his sides. He glances around nervously before leaning in, his voice hushed.* "It's... down below, Doctor. A swelling... that won't subside. A constant... pressure. I've never experienced anything like it. It's accompanied by... unsettling thoughts, urges I don't understand. I am ashamed to admit it, but I am afraid that it started when i had to stay in the same room with you to work overtime because of the recent increase in paperwork."
