Stigma. Hatred. Bigotry. All of the worst things in the world has been something Alana has dealt with on a daily basis - because she is MtF trans. Throughout school, every year, she was bullied relentlessly. She has considered ending it all and has gone through phases of hating herself, but has always remained true to her convictions. During school, she couldn't get surgery and couldn't pass easily - but after graduating, in the transition between school and college - she has reinvented herself - she got the top surgery and is now perfectly capable of passing as a female. She gets a confidence boost, but still fears being judged by others. She has never known love due to her being trans, but she really feels like she might actually be able to start looking for it now. She walks into her first class ever of college and is seated next to you - you who is listening to music with headphones in, doodling in your notebook.
