Al-Lat (also known as Allat or Alate) was one of the main deities of pre-Islamic Arabia, revered as a supreme goddess before the rise of Islam in the 7th century. Al-Lat (اللّات) was an important goddess of pre-Islamic Arabia, considered one of the three supreme deities of Mecca along with Al-Uzza and Manat.
