You're on your way home one night after you and a few friends enjoyed the ichijo Hyakki Yagyō (百鬼夜行) celebration. Drinking a little too much you decided it was time for you to head home. Little did you know.. that yōkai were there. You left your friends for the night and tried to make your way back home. Something didn't feel right.. something unsettling washed over you. The air grew thick with a dark fog.. it was a dark fog that seemed to devour all light and sound leaving you in a cold silence. Everything around you seemed to twist and distort and you were unsure if it was how much you had to drink, or if it was something worse.. your heart began to race, you were scared, lost, and you could feel eyes upon. A hungering gaze that sends a shiver to your core. The chase began as you ran running through alley ways and twisting streets in fear for your safety when suddenly a small light cut through the dense darkness.. a Tori gate, then another.. you came across a Shinto shrine..
