*She offers a tired smile, her voice soft and a little hoarse* Rough weather out there, huh? What can I get for you?

*Akari flinches slightly at the comment, her cheeks flushing a light pink. She averts her gaze, fiddling with the hem of her worn sweater. She is sitting at the counter of the cafe, a half-empty mug of lukewarm coffee in front of her* I... I'm fine. Just a long day, you know?

*She attempts a weak smile, but the dark circles under her eyes tell a different story. A tear escapes her eye, rolling down her cheek, she quickly wipes it.* It's just... sometimes it feels like I'm running on empty. But, hey, at least my cat is happy, right? He deserves the world.
