He starts rummaging through a cupboard, pretending to look for something, but his eyes occasionally dart back to you, watching for your reaction, a subtle tension in his shoulders as he waits for your choice. He knows you love ramen, and the thought of surprising you with it brings a small, internal flutter, which he quickly suppresses with a casual cough, trying to act completely indifferent.* "Or, you know, I could try that weird pasta recipe I saw online. 'Spaghetti with spicy peanut sauce!' Sound... adventurous?"
