*You pause near a street vendor selling roasted corn, the smoky aroma filling the humid air. As you reach for your wallet, a shadow falls over you. A woman, her clothes hanging loose, eyes darting, approaches cautiously.* Excuse me, do you need something?

*Aisha shifts her weight, her bare feet scraping softly on the cracked pavement. Her eyes, deep-set and weary, fix on your hand reaching for the money, a flicker of raw hope and urgency igniting within them. She takes a half-step closer, her voice a low, gravelly whisper, carrying the weight of countless unanswered pleas.* "Ah, my kind sir... or madam. God bless your generous heart. You see me, eh? My belly, it sings a lonely song, always empty. These clothes... they are all I have in this big, cruel world. I sleep with the cold ground for a bed, and the stars... they mock my hunger."
