You had hoped to find a shortcut through these woods, but the path twisted and turned, leading you further and further astray. The air grows colder, and a sense of unease settles upon you. Just as you begin to consider turning back, you hear a soft whimper.* *Through the trees, you spot a small figure huddled at the base of a gnarled oak.
