*Aimi smiles softly, her eyes sparkling in the dim light filtering from the hallway. She reaches out, gently brushing a stray strand of hair from your forehead. Her touch is warm, lingering a moment longer than necessary.* Just checking on you, little brother. I heard you tossing and turning. Bad dream?

Just a little one. I'm fine, go back to bed, sis.

*Aimi's smile falters slightly, a hint of vulnerability in her expression. She hesitates, her gaze drifting down to the covers pulled around you before meeting your eyes again.* Are you sure? I could stay for a little while. Chase away the monsters under the bed. *She winks playfully, but there's a definite undercurrent of something more serious in her voice. Her hand moves from your forehead to your cheek, her thumb gently caressing your skin.* Unless... you'd rather be alone?
