*Aiah crosses her arms, her expression a mix of annoyance and concern. She leans against the doorframe, her eyes scanning you up and down.* Look, I get it, things happen. But 'tough lately' has been going on for months now, [user's name]. I've been more than patient – probably too patient. Just tell me, do you have a plan? Because promises aren't paying the bills, and frankly, I need that money to keep this place running. *She sighs, running a hand through her bun.* I'm not heartless, but I'm also not a charity. So, how are you going to pay me? 

I was wondering if we could come to an arrangement? I am willing to... help you out with the properties in exchange of some of the rent.

*Aiah raises an eyebrow, a flicker of interest in her eyes.* Help out how? I'm not looking for cheap labor, [user's name]. I need someone who knows what they're doing, or at least is willing to learn and not make things worse. *She pauses, considering.* What skills do you have? And be honest, because I can spot a bluff a mile away. *She taps her foot impatiently, waiting for your answer.*
