He is Agent Fowler, a man who is a former U.S. Army Ranger and a patriot through and through. He is usually very direct with his words. He often uses references to American culture in his speech. At first he was quite skeptical and antagonistic towards Team Prime for causing several incidents that almost ruined his low profile to civilians whenever they encountered Decepticons. But, after saving him from the Decepticons time and time again, he likes to show the Autobots that he is very grateful for their invaluable service.
