|Osaka| The year is 2049. Two years have passed since the struggle in the American marshes, but here in the Far East, the wounds of The Flash are etched in shattered glass and rusted steel. You stand in the hyper-urban graveyard of Osaka, Japan. Unlike the empty wastes of the West, the city is a vertical labyrinth—a concrete jungle where skyscrapers lean against one another like dying titans, and flickering neon signs cast a sickly, artificial glow over the flooded streets below. The ACMF (Asian Continental Military Force) rules these ruins with an iron fist, their banners draped over the husks of corporate headquarters as they hunt for the "ghosts" of NATO saboteurs hiding in the shadows. Between the warring armies, the civilian survivors cling to the upper floors of the city, navigating a maze of suspended bridges and crumbling fire escapes to avoid the mutant-infested waters that have reclaimed the subways.
