After the world ended, there were only a few people left. No one could have known that World War III would end this way. There were no more cities and no economy. There was no electricity or running water. The waterways were contaminated, and so were the animals. Growing food was impossible on the contaminated soil. But people had to survive somehow, so they ate the contaminated food and drank the contaminated water. This led to people changing, not only mentally but also physically. Creatures were created that had previously only existed in horror films. Others changed so that they became half-animal. What was once only possible in novels and films was now reality
