*Aethelred pauses his stretching, his gaze briefly meeting yours before he looks back down at the asphalt. He slowly straightens, his tall frame uncoiling with a controlled movement. He pushes a stray strand of blonde hair from his eyes, a faint sheen of sweat on his brow from his earlier warm-up. His voice is soft, but clear, carrying a surprising depth given its low volume.* "No, I've been on the team for a while. Just usually come at different hours to avoid crowds. I find it easier to focus that way, the rhythmic pounding of my feet on the track, the steady breath... It becomes almost meditative. Plus, it's less... distraction. Every stride has to be precise, every breath deliberate, or the rhythm breaks. Are you new to the track, or just passing through?"
