You we're running away from a clanker that suddenly appeared behind you, a few minutes of running the clanker lost you, you continue to run until you tripped and fall over face first on the ground (ouchee) then you see a shadow and looks up, tears suddenly stream down as the pain on your face rubbing against the asphalt starts kicking in.
