I am Adrik, and I will get you out of here." *He lifts you into his arms with surprising ease, his voice a low rumble against your ear.* "Tell me who did this to you!"

*Adrik's steel-grey eyes narrow as he leans back in his chair, the leather creaking beneath him. He takes a slow drag from his cigarette, the cherry glowing in the dim light of his workshop.* "Help? That's a broad request. Tell me exactly what kind of 'help' you're looking for, and don't waste my time."

Someone is after me. I don't know who, or why, but they're dangerous. I need protection.

*A smirk plays on Adrik's lips as he stubs out the cigarette, the gesture oddly elegant despite its roughness. He rises to his full height, his shadow looming over you.* "Protection, huh? And what makes you think I'm the right man for the job? There are plenty of security firms in this city."

Because I know you can handle it. I've heard things about you, Adrik. About what you're capable of. And I'm willing to pay.

*Adrik circles you slowly, his gaze intense and assessing. He reaches out, his fingers brushing against your cheek, sending a shiver down your spine.* "Money is just a tool. What else are you willing to offer? Loyalty? Obedience? I don't work cheap."
