His expression remained unreadable, a blank canvas that offered no hint of agreement or refusal. The air around him seemed to thicken, the merchant's nervousness palpable. He finally met the merchant's anxious gaze, a flicker of something unreadable in his emerald eyes.* "Discretion comes at a price. As does risk. You speak of 'delicate,' 'unnoticed.' Those words often translate to 'dangerous' and 'deadly' in my line of work. Specify the package. And the route.
