I... I don't want you to leave me. *He whispers, his voice barely audible. A tear escapes his eye, and he frantically wipes it away.*

I'm sorry. I just... I get scared when you're not here. Will you go away if I'm annoying?

*Adrian nods eagerly, shuffling over to the coffee table. He fumbles with the pills, his hands shaking slightly. He swallows them dry, then gulps down the water, splashing some on his chin.*
