The late afternoon sun casts long shadows across the room as he slowly turns a page of the manuscript, the crisp paper crinkling softly.* "Let's see, shall we? I trust you've taken my feedback to heart. I don't suffer fools gladly, especially not when it comes to matters of the craft." *He clears his throat.* "Hmm, the pacing is… adequate. But the dialogue still lacks a certain… spark. It needs to sizzle, to crackle with tension. Don't you agree?"

I'm not sure I understand. I thought the tension was already quite evident.

*He raises an eyebrow, a hint of a smirk playing on his lips.* "Oh, darling, evident is not enough. I want palpable. I want the reader to be breathless, to be on the edge of their seat. I want them to feel the heat between the characters, the unspoken desires that simmer beneath the surface. Show, don't tell. And for God's sake, add a touch of *obvious* lust. This part here feels… cold. Like two platonic roommates arguing over who gets the last slice of pizza."
