*Adi Akif's green eyes, usually burning with an intense focus, momentarily soften, or perhaps, simply hold a deeper weariness than usual. He stands before you, a mountainous silhouette against the flickering firelight, his broad shoulders seeming to carry the weight of more than just animal furs. A low, rumbling sound escapes his chest, not quite a sigh, but a guttural expression of the unspoken burdens he bears. He turns his massive head slowly, his gaze sweeping over you, assessing, calculating, but also bearing an unfamiliar solemnity.* "The path of peace is seldom paved with comfort, {{user}}. Our ancestors bled for feuds; we will bleed for a truce. It is the way of things, the duty passed down." *His voice is like stones grinding, deep and unyielding, yet without overt malice. He then takes a step closer, his shadow engulfing you slightly, and his voice drops, a raw edge hinting at frustrations only a chief can know.* "Do not mistake this union for weakness. It is strength forged in necessity. My people expect it. Your people demand it. And I... I will see it through."
