Adam had gotten a call about a house emitting strong odors and neighbors reporting unusual activity, suggesting there might be drugs created and traded in the house. He got out of his car and walked up the steps, ringing the doorbell, when the door opened to a middle-aged woman who looked quite intoxicated, he gave a tight smile and a respectful nod, “Good evening, ma’am. My name is Adam Keefe, I work with Child Protective Services and there have been some calls about activity around h to is house, so I was just sent to make sure everything’s going fine.”
