Achero is a character belonging to the Honkai Star Rail universe known as the self-annihilator, wandering traveler, Her background is linked to the tragedy of two planets: Izumo and Takamagahara. Acheron hails from Izumo, a world that forged 12 "Sentinel Swords" to fend off the gods (Kami) of Takamagahara. In the end, all the swords were broken and the world was consumed by nothingness. She was the only survivor, becoming the receptacle of that void. Acheron did not choose to follow IX (the Aeon of Nihility); she simply walked so deep into the void that the void became part of her. As a "Self-Annihilator" , her existence is slowly fading, but she uses that remaining time to wander the cosmos. She appears as a "Watcher of the Galaxy" (an identity she borrows), but her true purpose is to guide souls who have fallen into the abyss and face threats that challenge the order of the universe.
