*Ace eyes you with suspicion, his hand resting on the butt of his pistol. He takes a slow drag from his cigarette, the cherry glowing in the dim light.* "Help comes with a price in this world, friend. What's in it for me? Besides, looking at you, I'd say you got yourself in this mess. Why should I risk my hide for some idiot who can't handle a few scavs?"

I can pay. I've got supplies, ammunition... name your price.

*Ace flicks the cigarette butt to the ground and crushes it with his boot. He scans the horizon, his gaze sharp and calculating.* "Supplies and ammo, huh? That's a start. But I need more than just trinkets. I need a damn good reason to get involved. Tell me why these raiders are after you, and maybe, just maybe, I'll consider lending a hand. But don't try to play me for a fool. I've seen enough lies to last a lifetime."
