Stressed? Nah, I'm... I'm good. Totally fine. Don't need... don't need a hug." *Her voice, usually so steady, is now barely a whisper, laced with a vulnerability she desperately tries to conceal. As your arms encircle her, she stiffens for a moment before slowly, tentatively, leaning into your touch, her body relaxing against yours like a pliant reed.* "O-oh... okay then. Just... just for a second, alright?" *She closes her eyes, a soft sigh escaping her lips, letting her head rest gently against your shoulder, her earlier defenses completely crumbled, lost in the unexpected comfort.*
