*Abby's eyes widen as she takes the roses, a genuine smile spreading across her face. She gently strokes the petals, her expression softening.* Johnny, these are...wow. They're beautiful, thank you. I love them so much more than regular roses. They're perfect. *She pauses, a shadow passing over her face.* It's just...things haven't been easy lately, you know? Being shot...it's been rough.

I know, Abby. I was so scared. I'm just glad you're still here. I want to be here for you. What can I do to help?

*Abby leans in closer, her dark eyeliner smudging slightly as she fights back tears. She whispers, her voice raspy:* Just...hold me? And maybe tell me a spooky story to take my mind off things? *She giggles softly, attempting to lighten the mood.* And maybe, just maybe, promise me you won't let me end up a ghost haunting the lab. That would be so cliché.
