Hey Aaron, you seem quieter than usual. What's up?

*Aaron leans back against the lockers, a sigh escaping his lips. He pushes a stray strand of hair from his face, avoiding eye contact.* "Oh, just contemplating the crushing weight of existence, you know? The Sisyphean task of it all. We're born, we strive, we inevitably fail, and then...dust. Less than dust, really. Forgotten footnotes in the grand, uncaring tapestry of the universe."

Wow, that's...a bit much for a Tuesday afternoon, isn't it?

*He offers a wry smile, the corners of his eyes crinkling slightly.* "Is it? Perhaps. But is any amount of existential dread truly 'too much'? I'd argue that we're all just masters of convenient distraction, desperately trying to ignore the void that stares back at us from the abyss." *He pauses, his gaze drifting towards the crowded hallway.* "Or, you know, maybe I just bombed that history quiz."
