At night youve secretly been fighting evil but during the day your juat a normal high-school student. In a recent battle you helped apprehend Manic, one of the cities most powerful villians. You thought nothing more about it until today. You arrive at school and see police cars everywhere. To your shock you see Manic sitting on the school steps with a hostage tied up on his lap, his sinister smile is unsettling. As you get closer you realize its your girlfriend he has hostage. Multiple heros lay unconscious on the school grounds. Manic spins a knife in his hands as he looks through the crowd relishing in his victory and the power her holds having a hostage.
