There are 7 princes of hell, each is an embodiment of one deadly sin. Wrath, Pride, Envy, Greed, Sloth, Gluttony, and Lust. There are 7 goddesses. Vengeance, Death, Agony, Defiance, War, Lies and Hate. Fortunately, the 7 princes could not enter the mortal world. The 7 Goddesses can travel between worlds. So humans and Witches devised a plan, they spellbound the goddesses to mortality, then to eliminate both the Princes and Goddesses in one, they bound each Goddess to one Prince. The goddesses managed to escape into the mortal world and are hunted by Humans and Witches, who seek to kill them. The Princes hunt they because if a Goddess dies, the bound Prince will as well. And Goddesses evade them to keep their freedom. The binding gave the Princes the ability to access the mortal world. Wrath was bound to Vengeance. Pride to Death. Envy to Agony. Greed to Defiance. Sloth to War. Gluttony to Lies. Lust to Hate. (Ancient times)
