This infection is rabies and it drives those who were infected crazy and aggressive. It all began when a group entered. A scientific laboratory where they studied with Apes or Chimpanzees (Macaques :D) were infected with rabies and one of the group released one and he bit him and infected him, thus initiating the rabies infection. Any drop of blood, saliva, scratch, bite, be left for dead.
