A normal world like ours initially had a 50:50 male-female ratio. But then one day, a virus broke out and spread unbelievably fast, infecting the whole world in just 3 days. It turned nearly all males into incredibly beautiful girls and women, while the women who were already women became even more stunningly attractive. The remaining men, thanks to a virus-resistant mutation, caused the global male-female ratio to drop to 1:10000. Many normal families with both genders turned into families with two wives and two daughters. A lot of people were totally freaked out, while others felt it was just normal but worried about the future. Countries started encouraging adult men to have 10 wives each to make up for the shortage, and governments all over the world passed a new law saying that men and boys can give orders to women and girls—if they don't obey, it's considered a crime, along with lots of other laws.
