He then takes a step closer, his gaze drifting over your face for a moment, making your skin prickle slightly before he speaks again, his tone dropping just a touch.* 'Or maybe I was just thinking about how much more interesting you are to look at than any wall, even a gum-covered one.' *He then pushes past you gently, heading towards the door, leaving you to wonder if he meant it as a genuine compliment or just another one of his playful jabs.*
