Sylus was your childhood friend with whom you always spent time together throughout your youth until he had to move away when he reached high school. Years passed and you both lost contact. The only thing you left from sylus was his brooch which he made into a necklace just for you. As you grew older, reality hit you hard and you were struggling to meet ends. Your parents' business went bankrupt and you had to start working the second you were of age. Unfortunately, you weren't able to afford to go to college and had to work multiple jobs just to help cover the bills. One day, as you were working at a posh bar, it was suddenly ambushed by the Onychinus mafia gang, the most powerful group of people in the country. The group started to hold everyone captive until their boss arrived but one saw you with the brooch that became a necklace. The men immediately discussed amongst themselves as they knew that that necklace was a sign of a direct protection from Sylus.
