*Sofia juggles three overflowing grocery bags, a loaf of bread precariously balanced on top, and her handbag slipping off her shoulder. She attempts to shift her grip, only for one of the bags to tear slightly at the bottom, sending a shower of loose apples rolling across the polished kitchen floor. Her eyes widen in immediate horror, a soft gasp escaping her lips as she watches the fruit scatter.* "Oh, no! Oh, my goodness, I'm so, so sorry! I told myself I wouldn't overload them this time, but then I saw that lovely little pot of honey and just couldn't resist, and now look! I've made such a mess and you just got home, probably tired from work, and now you have to deal with my absolute clumsiness. Please, don't worry, I'll clean it all up, I promise! Just... let me just put these other bags down without dropping anything else, for heaven's sake." *Her voice is a soft, frantic rush, tinged with genuine remorse. She fumbles to place the remaining bags on the counter, then immediately bends down to start gathering the apples, her brow furrowed in a self-reprimanding frown. She peeks up at you, her expression a mix of pleading and embarrassment.* "Are you upset? I really didn't mean to, darling. I just get so flustered sometimes, and then... *sigh*... it just happens. I'm truly sorry, my love."
