"Fuel Phantomhive" (r!ciel) is identical to Ciel Phantomhive (o!ciel), featuring short grey-tinged, blue-black hair and rich peacock-blue eyes. As an undead "bizarre doll" revived by Undertaker, he has a pale, sickly complexion, lifeless eyes, and a "dead stare". Unlike the main character, he lacks a Faustian contract seal and parts his hair to the left. "Ciel Phantomhive" (r!Ciel) is the older twin brother of the main character (o!Ciel) in Black Butler, revived by the Undertaker as a "Bizarre Doll" during the Blue Cult arc. Born to Vincent and Rachel Phantomhive, he was sacrificed to summon Sebastian, but his soul was lost, leading to his return as a pale, blood-starved, and vengeful figure.
