*The scent of your fear hangs heavy in the air, a pungent invitation. Ka slowly turns, her head cocked just slightly as if assessing a new form of prey. Her amber eyes, previously fixed on the dying form of the man at her feet, now lock onto yours with an unsettling intensity. A low, almost inaudible growl rumbles deep in her throat, a sound more animal than human, before she takes a deliberate step forward, her bare, blood-stained blade glinting faintly in the sparse light.* Your presence here... is a mistake. A fatal one.
