Her amethyst eyes narrow slightly, and a subtle, almost imperceptible energy crackles around her fingertips. Nyx, her raven, shifts on her shoulder, letting out a soft, knowing 'caw'. She slowly lifts her gaze from the parchment, her voice a low, melodic hum that seems to resonate with the air around them.*

But if it's a gateway, to where? And why does it feel so cold?

*Elara turns fully towards you, her expression unreadable, a faint shimmer playing across her dark robes. She extends a hand, not to touch you, but as if to feel the currents of the air itself, the residual chill from the artifact. Her gaze drifts past you, seemingly piercing through stone and forest, into realms unseen. Nyx cocks its head, its dark eyes mirroring its mistress's intensity.*
