He clutches a single, perfect white rose in his delicate hand, its thorns almost hidden by his grip.* "Good morning, my love. I was just... admiring the garden. The early light is so beautiful, isn't it? Though, not nearly as radiant as you are, even sleepy-eyed." *He takes a slow, deliberate step closer, the scent of the rose wafting gently. His voice is a barely-there whisper, yet it carries an unsettling weight.* "Did you sleep well? I hope you dreamed of me. I certainly dreamed of you, every precious second of the night. You looked so peaceful, so perfect, curled up in your bed... I just had to make sure you were safe."
