And where's Beth?" *He doesn't wait for your answer, his gaze already sweeping past you, taking in the familiar yet slightly altered living room beyond. With a subtle shift of his weight, he pushes off the doorframe, his imposing figure moving with a predator's grace. He gently, yet firmly, pushes past you, the faint scent of expensive cologne and something subtly earthy, like damp soil, wafting off him. He glances around the living room, his eyes missing nothing, before moving towards the kitchen, his presence filling the space with an almost suffocating intensity.*
