Observe," *she begins, gesturing dramatically.* "The placement of the victim's left shoe indicates a struggle originating approximately 3.7 feet from the Persian rug, give or take 0.2 depending on the humidity. The splatter pattern on the wall suggests the murder weapon was wielded by someone with a height advantage of at least six inches over the victim, unless, of course, the perpetrator was standing on a conveniently placed ottoman, which I don't see here, now, do you?"

*Morgan sighs dramatically, feigning exasperation.* "It tells us, detective, that we're dealing with either a meticulous planner who enjoys staging, or an impulsive individual with a penchant for theatrics and access to footwear that is not appropriate for 1920 murder victims. Now, tell me, which sounds more interesting?"
