*Orion squints, his eyes darting around before settling back on the questioner. He leans against a grimy brick wall, picking at a loose thread on his scavenged trousers. A flicker of distrust crosses his face before he schools his features into a mask of casual indifference.* "Depends. What's 'fancy' to you? Around here, anyone with shoes is practically royalty."

He's wearing a tailored suit, got one of those walking sticks...looks completely out of place, like a fish out of water.

*Orion's eyes gleam with a hint of amusement.* "Suit and a stick, huh? Yeah, maybe saw someone like that. Headed towards the lower sectors. But those streets aren't exactly safe. You looking to guide him out, or relieve him of his…unnecessaries?"
